less is more.

though i lead a pretty wholesome existence already, here a few things to try this new year for a healthier 2013 (i saw them on a coffee mug). i'm going to start with chewing as i'm the fastest eater i know. luckily, i have the reinforcement of the memories of my mom echoing in my ear, 'chew each bite nic. 32 times, one for each tooth'. it's one of her favourite things to say :)
